1. Brief & quote (1 business day)
We read your brief, look at your current site and competitors, and reply with questions or a fixed quote: scope, price, timeline.
2. Discovery (week 1)
A 30-minute call about your customers, offers and goals. We research the searches your customers make and what your competitors rank for.
3. Plan (week 1-2)
A sitemap and keyword map (every page has a job and a search it should win) plus a content plan. If we’re writing copy, you approve outlines first.
4. Design (week 2-3)
We design your homepage and key page types in your brand. Two rounds of revisions are included, on real screens, not static mood boards.
5. Build (week 3-5)
Hand-built, fast pages with SEO and AI discovery wired in: structured data, metadata, internal links, crawler access, analytics. Tested on real phones and browsers.
6. Launch
Redirects from old URLs, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, sitemaps, a final speed and accessibility check, then we go live together.
7. After launch
30 to 90 days of support depending on your package, a check-in on early search data, and an optional Care plan for hosting, updates and monthly improvements.
